A revamp of fan character Vulcan The Dragon
I was originally going to try to colour this in Manga Studio Debut 4 on my Mac, but due to the fact that the lines I make using a pen tool with a mouse tend to come out wobbly without auto straightening like on Flash and that Photoshop Elements no pen tool, I had no choice but to do it the old fashioned way with Flash.
The wing like horns(kinda like a horn version of those wing-ears on characters like Dragonair from Pokémon), the feather like wing pattern and the butterfly-like tip of his tail represents his goal to bring peace to the world, with any means necessary.
